We protect our creatives' privacy and prevent spam. The anonymized view lets you evaluate skills, credits, and tier before committing. Once you submit a proposal and it's accepted, full contact details are revealed.
Connect Pass unlocks full profile access (name, contact info) and direct messaging—but only after your proposal is accepted. You pay $5.99 per successful connection, so you only pay for real opportunities.
When you submit a proposal, we place a $5.99 hold (pre-authorization) on your card. The charge only goes through if the creative accepts your proposal. If they decline or the proposal expires, the hold is automatically voided.
Barter proposals expire after 72 hours to encourage quick decisions. Cash offers have a longer 7-day window since they involve payment terms. After expiration, the hold is voided.
If a proposal is accepted but the payment capture fails, you have 24 hours to update your payment method. After that, the connection may be voided and you\'ll need to submit a new proposal.
For studio bookings, the studio pays a small referral fee (percentage of booking). For paid creative offers, the platform fee is deducted from the seller's payout—buyers pay the listed price. Barter exchanges have no percentage fee, just the Connect Pass.
